Brain Juice

Here is a juicing recipe to get your brain pepped and alert. Better memory, sharper thinking. Great for studying and any brain related work. You are what you eat!

1 orange
1 hard pear
1 yam
1 grapefruit
1 apple

Use organic fruit and veggies if you can. Farmers market's, CSA's are a great, inexpensive way to get good, healthy produce.

 I drink a honey and lemon water before any juicing, to coat the stomach. *You can also use a teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil as well to coat the stomach and strengthen the digestive tract. Coconut oil acts as an anti-inflammatory, and helps in recovery and repair of the digestive system.

Add your fruit, one at a time.
 A juice to stimulate the brain of the unused portion of your brain back into activity. For greatest activity, you'll need a five-day juice fast to clear the caffine , and junk food out. Then this nutrient-rich juice will stir your brain into super-activity. You can't get a healthy appearance without taking care of what is inside too. Start juicing!
