Oat Chamomile Scrub






 Normal to oily skin types
Benefits:
 Calms the skin, and exfoliates for deep cleansing.
1/4 cup chamomile tea brew and cooled to room temperature.
1/4 cup oatmeal (lightly ground)
2 tbsp honey
2 drops of almond oil, or whatever carrier oil you have on hand.

Combine the ingredients.
Rub over face and neck gently but still with enough pressure to exfoliate the skin. For deep cleansing, leave the scrub on to create a mask, or simply wash off with warm water and pat dry.
Here is another recipe you can use by just adding a couple more ingredients!


Gardener's Hand Scrub

Wash hands normal before applying.
 Combine all ingredients and mix in a bowl, creating a paste.
Smear the scrub all over hands, gently rubbing together to exfoliate.

1 TBSP oatmeal

1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon grapeseed or jojoba oil (or other oil you have on hand)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (juice of 1/4 lemon), or more if needed

1 TBSP of brewed Chamomile tea
