Baby Carrot Mask

This mask is for combination skin types.

Medium saucepan

handful of baby carrots

1 teaspoon of Honey

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Boil the carrots until soft. Remove from water and drain. Leave a tiny bit of the remaining water, about a teaspoon in the pan. Add the carrot back in the pan and mash with a fork. Get a nice, pastey consistency. Now add your honey and mix. Drizzle the olive oil in next and mix, and finally add the lemon juice and mix with fork.

Let your mask mixture set and cool to room temperature. Once cooled, apply to face for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, then to cool to circulate blood and oxygen to the face, this will also allow the pores to tighten.

*If you have any aloe vera gel, or juice, add a teaspoon to a cup of distilled water, mix. (If you have any witch hazel in your cabinet, add a teaspoon to the mixture, if not, water and aloe will be fine.)
Find an empty spray bottle and rinse well. Pour this mixture in spray bottle and shake up. Spritz your face. Aloe vera will moisturize and recharge your skin.*
