Mint for Blemishes, Non-Drying..
Acne meds and cleansers are harsh and over drying, mint tackles these blemishes without the side effects. Peppermint also reduces redness and inflammation.
Mint also acts as an astringent, clearing away pimple-causing oil, and prevents bacteria growth.
1 tsp of an organic lemon.
1 cup of fresh mint leaves.
Food processor, bowl, or container with lid.
Pulse a small handful of leaves (you can find in the produce section), in a food processor with 1 tsp lemon juice.
Cover the blemish for 15 minutes, then rinse. Repeat twice a day until the spot is gone.
Another quick method in removing spots and blemishes, is with orange juice and apple cider vinager.
1 tsp of Orange Juice
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinager
1/4 cup distilled water
Simply mix the juice, water and vinegar together. Apply on skin for 15 minutes. Wash normal. Repeat daily, until blemish is gone.
